Service Selection Flexibility Policy
As a retainer client, you’re welcome to adjust which services you’d like to focus on each month — I understand that your needs shift with the season, schedule, and show calendar!
To help keep things streamlined:
You’ll confirm your service selections for the upcoming month by the 25th of each month
I’ll review and let you know if any selected services exceed your package’s allotted hours
If no changes are submitted, your previous month’s service list will roll over automatically
You’re welcome to add services mid-month (as time allows) or purchase additional hours at $60/hour
